NOTE! Minimum order quantity is 1 m². For example, you want to order a rug with dimensions of 80cm x 125cm. Calculate the rug's area with the formula: 0.8 x 1.25 = 1 m². If you order less than 1 m², we will charge for the remaining portion.

Select the shape: rectangle or circle.
Enter your desired width in centimeters. For example, if you want a rug that is 145cm wide, enter 145 in the width field. If you chose a circular shape, enter the diameter in the calculator. For example, if you want a rug with a diameter of 145cm, enter 145 in the field.
Enter your desired length in centimeters. For example, if you want a rug that is 225cm long, enter 225 in the length field.
Once you have entered your desired width and length, the calculator will automatically calculate the final price.
Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout.
We will deliver custom-made rugs to your doorstep in approximately 2-3 weeks.

Shipping methods & Fees

We deliver ordered products to our customers as quickly as possible. To ensure speedy delivery, we may send the order in multiple packages. Each package will have its own tracking code, and this will not incur any additional costs for you.

Our main logistics partners are Posti, Itella, and GLS Logistic. Once your order has been processed and packed, you will receive a tracking code via email from our logistics partner.

You will receive a notification from our logistics partner when your shipment is available for pickup at a service point or when the package is being delivered to your doorstep.

Posti will hold the shipment for 7 days, after which it will be returned to us. (Please note that not picking up your order is not considered a return. We will charge a return fee for uncollected orders.) Shipping fees are automatically added to your order on the checkout page.

Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return or exchange your order, either in full or in part, within 14 days of receiving it.

The right of return applies only to unused, resalable products in their original packaging.

You may try the product to see how it fits your intended use.

The return fee is €4.90 within Finland and €19.90 elsewhere in the EU.

The return fee will be deducted from the total price of the returned products.

If the product is defective or damaged during shipping, Kustom Rug Finland Oy (kustomrug.com) will cover the return costs.
